Hoik Lee received his B.S. in Chemistry (2009) and Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry (2015) from Hanyang University under a guidance of Prof. Daewon Sohn. He then worked for fabricating carbon nanocomposite at Kolon Industries, Inc, temporally. After then, he then conducted his postdoctoral research in Prof. I. S. Kim's group at Shinshu University in Japan (2015). In 2019, he joined the Advanced Fiber R&D group at Korea Institute of Industrial Technology (KITECH) to begin his independent research career.
